application
FMEE can be used in pesticide emulsification, waste paper deinking, printing and dyeing pretreatment, hard surface cleaning, leather and wool degreasing, clothing dry cleaning and other fields, mainly as AEO, TX and other substitutes. It can also be used to improve the turbidity point and dispersion of other types of non-ionic surfactants.
advantage
Fatty acid methyl ester ethoxy compound (FMEE) is mainly used to replace AEO series, namely fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether.
AEO series generally refers to the ethoxy compounds of lauryl alcohol (12-14 carbon mixed alcohol). This kind of product has a turbidity point below 70 degrees, high foam, and is solid under low temperature conditions. It needs to warm the material before use.
Compared with AEO series, FMEE has low foam, high turbidity point, cold water is not suitable for gel, dissolution quickly, especially in winter there is no solidification, easy to use. In terms of application performance, the oil removal and dispersion performance of FMEE is higher than that of AEO series, and the anti-fouling performance of oil and wax is obviously better than that of AEO series, especially suitable for working fluid with small bath ratio.
FMEE is close to TX, NP and OP series containing APEO in various properties. Under the background of strict environmental protection requirements abroad, the use of FMEE to replace TX or NP processing of toys, flooring, textile clothing, etc., can reduce the trade disputes in the process of export.
storage
Avoid direct sunlight and storage at high temperatures over 60 degrees Celsius.
At lower temperatures, there will be turbidity and opacity.
